Our mission is to provide technology to produce a new category of appealing foods with real health benefits that will help fight the global overweight epidemic and allow everybody, including individuals with impaired glucose metabolism and diabetes, respectively, to consume fruit drinks with the typical juice and smoothie taste.
Origin of the Company
GlucoZero was established based on research and development in fruit juice processing at The Norwegian Institute of Food, Fisheries and Aquaculture Research (www.nofima.no) in close collaboration with the Clinical Research Center (CRC), Kiel, Germany. This resulted in a patent, of which GlucoZero has the exclusive exploitation rights.

Experience as CEO of the Clinical Research Center Kiel GmbH (CRC) and Tecura GmbH in Kiel. Educated in internal medicine and has done research in nutrition, cell biology and clinical research.
